Octo-Mom Loses 145 Pounds

It’s been nine months since the Octo-Mom became an international “celebrity” after giving birth to octuplets and not mention that the single mom already had six kids. Since her delivery she lost a whopping 145 pounds and is now back to her pre-baby weight. At her biggest weight she weight 270 pounds and she’s now down to 125 pounds and she did it all with diet and exercise, sans trainer sans plastic surgery. She said that while pregnant,
“I was eating everything in sight.”
As soon as she gave birth she dropped 40 pounds in the delivery then she decided to join a gym where she goes three times a week for midnight workouts while the nanny stays home with the kids. At the gym she only does strength training but not cardio. She explained,
“I get enough of that [cardio] with the kids.”
When it comes to her eating habits she eats five meals a day that are protein-packed and she keeps healthy foods such as oatmeal, sushi and turkey in the house. She said,
“As long as it’s nutritious, it’s good to eat.”
The 34-year-old went on to explain that her Ob-Gyn was surprised at how quickly she lost the weight and that her doctor knows she had no surgical assistance in dropping the weight.
