Father’s day is just around the corner and we hear that Peter Andre has been voted Celebrity Dad of the Year. A doting dad to five year old Junior and Princess Tiaamii 3, and step-dad to Harvey,8 with ex-wife Katie Price, beat Jeff Brazier and Gary Barlow, to grab the title and deservedly so. The poll was conducted by a parenting club at their website Bounty.com and Peter looked extremely thrilled to have won it as he kissed the trophy.
Peter Andre’s reggae pop number Mysterious Girl had him flaunting his six pack abs in the video in the year 1995. Peter reveals his secret to fitness and six pack abs is just exercise and a whole lot more of it. Peter does bodybuilding exercises to burn fat, boost metabolism and that makes him look lean and athletic.
Peter says,
A big no to diet foods, never counts calories and does not keep tabs on his portions. Ouch!
However the hunk confesses that he does:
- Eat a healthy well balanced diet.
- Weight train the large muscle groups
- Try varied workouts for abdominal muscles and specifically target the abs for longer workout periods.
- Intensive training to build muscles, increase fitness and burn fat.
So it is congratulations to Peter Andre and here’s wishing him a Happy Father’s Day!
