Pink: Diet & Exercise

Pink always has one rockin’ body. When on stage her rock hard abs and buff biceps are a part of the show, not to mention her amazing singing and dancing. This month she told Women’s Health magazine how she stays in shape while on the road. What’s great about the songstress is she’s realistic about her eating habits. She refers to herself as being an extreme dieter but it actually appears to be quite sensible. She said,

“I diet absolutely. It’s gotta be organic, fresh fish, tofu and greens [during the day]. And then I’ll order a pizza at night and drink a bottle of wine!”

As for her workouts she has to be in great shape in order to stand the demanding touring schedule. She said that while on the road she does an hour of a cardio a day as well as P90X, yoga and her two-hour show. She said she has to do that much in a day in order to feel good while living on the road.

Lastly, Pink mentioned that she doesn’t compare herself to others because she recognizes she has something that a lot of people in this world don’t [fame and fortune] so she focuses on being grateful for what she has instead of what she doesn’t have.
