Pink Runs to Release Stress

The sexy singing sensation Pink is undeniably fit. Her world tour this year not only had her dancing for hours on end but she even incorporated some trapeze work in some of her performances. Pink has always been active and prefers adrenaline-driven sports such as sky diving and bungee jumping but when she found herself separated from husband Carey Hart she had to take on another type of exercise to keep her mind clear. She decided to take up running. She told Women’s Health Magazine
,

“Last year, when I was going through my separation I was in Malibu running every day just to keep from burying myself in the sand – to get out, feel the ocean. You’ve got to make yourself feel good at times like that.”

She said that even if you hate working out it’s something you’ve got to do in order to release the stress and kick in the endorphins and as a result you feel good and healthy and your jeans fit.
