Posh Spice has certainly been making headlines recently although her reality TV show “Victoria Beckham: Coming to America” has been resoundly panned by the critics. Her husband, “bend it like” Beckham, has joined the Los Angeles Galaxy at yet another attempt to resurrect pro-soccer in America. According to New! Magazine Posh is keen on getting her band mates (Ginger, Scary, Sporty, and Baby Spice) in top form for their upcoming tour by placing them on a strict diet and exercise program.

Posh’s diet is reportedly edamame beans, strawberries and lettuce. “She always orders a bowl (edamame) when she comes to eat here” says the general manager at London’s celeb hangout, Nobu.

Celebrity Diet Doctor Weigh in
While I am all in favor of more fruits and veggies, which is great for weight loss, this diet seems a little ridiculous and extreme. I’m sure this got a little lost in the “tabloid translation,” otherwise these girls will become the “Scary Skinny” Spice Girls.

she’s basically not eating. strawberries have the least amount of sugar compared to any other fruit, lettuce is 99% water and has no kj at all and the beans are mainly protein and fibre, which isnt the bodies ideal choice of energy supply, therefore she is skin and bone. 200 situps a day? joke, you need at least 3 days between workouts to allow the muscles to repair, everyday isnt beneficial at all. eating healthy and exercising is all common sense, unfortunately common sense isnt that common
