In time for her June 5th release of her new CD, Girl Gone Bad, Rihanna has told Us Weekly that she has been hitting the gym and revamping her diet to make a “complete transformation.”
She works with her trainer on strength training and runs the treadmill three times a week. Rihanna has replaced skipping meals with frequent small meals and snacks every 4 hours. She’ll have pineapple and lemon water for breakfast, soup for lunch, snack of egg whites, and chicken for dinner. Her hard work is obviously paying off.
