Rosci Diaz: Workout

Rosci Diaz is the cute little co-host of BET’s 106 & Park which is a program similar to MTV’s TRL show but with a focus on hip-hop and R&B music. Recently, the bloggers from SELF Magazine caught up with petite native Honduran and they got the inside scoop on her daily workouts.
She explained that she works out three times a week with a personal trainer and primarily does squats, lunges and stability ball work. She also referred to herself as a ‘cardio freak.’ Recently she’s been getting into running but says that she has no plans to swim because of an experience while on holiday in the Dominican Republic when she had to swim more than a mile.
