Scott Herman: Workout for 2010
Looking to get in shape in the New Year? Scott Herman from MTV’s The Real World: Brooklyn may be able to help. On his YouTube fitness channel, he’s begun a “Be a 10 in 2010” video series.
In his latest video he’s put together routines that will challenger your core, stability and endurance with a 34-minute military workout. Each exercise needs to be performed for 1 minute without a break in between, then rest for 2 minutes and repeat 2 more times.
The certified personal trainer begins the workout with a cross-touch pushup, then moves through squat jumps, get-ups, sit squats, reverse-hand pushups, toe drivers, split jumps, dead fishes, superman dead lifts and spiderman pushups. Scott demonstrates each exercise himself in the video above, so you’ll know exactly how to work through the routine.
Judging by the intensity of these exercises, you’ll definitely be on your way to a 10 in 2010!
