Selita Ebanks: Dance Workout
Former Victoria’s Secret Angel, Selita Ebanks has a stunning body but she admits it’s hard work and she gets plenty of cardio to keep her figure. While attending Susan Sarandon’s Haiti relief fundraiser at SPiN she spoke with US magazine about how she stays in shape. She said,
“I love to dance. If I could do anything, I just put on some music and dance in front of my mirror for an hour or two, and it’s fun. It’s really that simple.”
She particularly enjoys dancing to Calypso music and on days she doesn’t feel like doing a traditional workout she’ll dance instead. As for her diet, the Cayman Islands-born model said that now that she’s getting older she strives to eat healthier. She said,
“Chicken, less meat, more fish. In the Caribbean, our food is very heavy and I have to cut back on that.”
She did however point out that every body is different and we shouldn’t follow someone else’s diet but instead figure out what nutritional plans works best for each of us.
