Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan revealed his six-pack abs to the world in 2007 in his film Om Shanti Om. While this isn’t anything surprising for actors, what is impressive though is that Shah Rukh is 44 years old. Now the star has been letting his young fans in on his fitness secrets – he does 100 push ups and 60 pull ups every day.
“When you start you can only do five push ups and one pull up. It just happens (later) if you are regular,” he says. “You need to be very disciplined. (Do it for) 30 to 40 days then it will start to show.”
The Bollywood actor exercises four times a week and uses weights for 30 minutes, but he says you can really do any exercise that makes you sweat. Shah Rukh also says that his ripped body has more to do with diet than just exercise alone. He doesn’t eat any rice or bread and only eats grilled food. He drinks lots of water, no alcohol and no desserts (and that includes ice cream and sodas). Shah Rukh’s pretty strict when it comes to his diet, he doesn’t even snack on food between meals.
“Single handedly try and bring the junk food industry to closure,” he advises his fans.
But because we’re only human and give in to temptation, Shah Rukh advises fans to exercise for 50 minutes when they slip up. That’s pretty intense exercise and dieting advice if you ask me…

It's fairly positive dieting guidelines allthough I find it difficult to see eye to eye with everthing found in this post.
