Sherri Shepherd Cheats On Her Diet

sherri-shepherd-cheats-on-her-dietSherrie Shepherd, one of the co-hosts on The View, is always talking about Twitter and tweeting when she’s on the show. She’s a strong supporter of the social networking platform but over the weekend her tweet went out to the wrong people – her fitness trainer and nutritional coach.  Currently, Sherrie is trying to get in shape in hopes of revealing a fit and trim bikini body during the show on August 6th.  Over the weekend she forgot that she’s just got two months until she de-robes and she fell off of the diet wagon:

“This weekend, I was out in L.A., and I’m tweeting about [how] I had fried calamari and I had some buffalo wings and I just went totally off my diet. And it was great!  I did not know that my nutritional coach and my trainer follow me.”

On Sunday she tweeted,

“messed up a little last night … had fried calamari and fried catfish – gotta stay away from the soul food! Back on track today – gym at 3 pm.”

Her trainer and coach caught her out and she was then back on track the next day:

“Ordered chicken legs and thighs … the evil one (my trainer) made me take the skin off. Had a side of steamed veggies. Gave in w/diet Pepsi.”

During the show on Monday she said,

“You just assume when you tweet that you’re tweeting to people far away, not the person – your neighbor across the hall.  I wish my coach would have not tweeted because she’s coming here tomorrow to get on me about what I ate.”

    correct me if I am wrong, but did not Kristy Alley come out on the Oprah Winfrey show and do the same thing. And now Kristy Alley looks like she ate the whole place at Dunkin Doughnuts and left nothing. Some people need to come out of the fantasy and be happy with your weight and accept how you are and quite trying to please man and man (in the bible) that means people. People could care less if you weight 75 pounds or if you are 3,000 lbs you still need to gain some weight in the brain department because that is one thing that needs the most losage in pounds.
