Anna Faris starred as a Playboy Playmate in The House Bunny and she got into tip top shape considering that the majority of time they were filiming she was wearing a bikini.  But now, the actress will be marrying the actor Chris Pratt in the summer and she actually wants to put on some weight.  Most brides are frantically trying to lose 10 pounds just to barely squeeze into their dress, but Anna sees it differently.  She told People Magazine,

“I am the laziest person you can imagine.  I do hike and like to be outdoors, but I hate any competitor sports because I am so bad at them.”

While preparing for her role as Playboy cast off in House Bunny, we reported that Anna Faris did a lot of Pilates and strength training to get her Playboy Bunny physique.  Now, most recently, the Observe and Report star has revealed to People Magazine that she likes to get her cardio workouts in through hiking.  She said,

“I really like to hike. I love the idea that it invites so much conversation with the people that you’re with [and] you end up having great talks.  Before you realize that you’ve worked out hard, you’ve also had a great moment with your friends or whomever you’re with!”

One of the newer stars to hit Hollywood is Anna Faris. In her latest film, House Bunny, Anna starred in the role as the Playboy castoff, Shelly. In order to have the Playboy Bunny physique Anna had to do extra training and followed a strict diet before and during the filming of the movie. Approximately six weeks before filming, Anna worked with her trainer and Pilates instructor, Nicole Stuart for six days a week. She ran at least three miles a day and became a devout practitioner of Pilates.
