Ashlee Simpson: Post-Baby Weight Loss

How is it that celebrities lose their baby weight so quickly? it’s practically inhuman. It takes women in the real world months and sometimes years to lose weight but people like Jessica Alba, Jennifer Lopez and Rebecca Romijn seem to lose it practically over night.  And now a new celeb has joined the ranks of these super-moms, Ashlee Simpson.
Ashlee delivered her son Broxn Mowgli eight months ago and she thought that losing the baby weight was going to be an uphill battle in order to get back her original svelte figure.  But she told Celebrity Baby Blog that she was pleasantly surprised when her body bounced back so quickly.  She said,
“After I had Bronx I lucked out,” the actress-singer admits. “I mean, I’m 24-years-old, [I have] the genes from my mother and I did work out for three months.”
Three months!  Does this mean she doesn’t workout anymore?
Ashlee currently stars on Melrose Place and she is married to Good Charlotte band member, Pete Wentz.

Ashlee Simpson Loses Baby Weight

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz revealed her smoking new body at the MTV Australia Awards after having dropped the 25 pounds of baby weight she gained while pregnant.  Her trainer, Ramona Braganza, told Ok Magazine that she did a lot of kickboxing and circuit training.  She said,

“Depending on how quickly you progress I move it along.  With Ashlee I think by January we were pretty much in my second phase of it, and doing really well. Then, I added some kickboxing in, and we did stairs in the house. Some different ways of doing cardio so it wasn’t boring in the gym everyday.”
