She has shapely curves and a healthy glow and in past interviews she has revealed that she does do light exercise and watches what she eats but she&#8217;s not obsessive about it. Most recently, she has revealed that she is a fan of the delivery meal diet plan, <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/britney-spears-on-sunfare-diet/">Sunfare</a>. Here&#8217;s a glimpse of what a typical day&#8217;s meal plan looks like for Audrina.<span id="more-9233"></span></p>
<p><em>Breakfast</em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-style: normal;">Irish oatmeal with fresh berries and a grande English breakfast tea from Starbucks.</span></em></p>
<p><em>Lunch</em></p>
<p>A turkey wrap with vegetable soup and a passion fruit iced tea.</p>

<p>A perfect portion of steak with veggies and a small side salad.</p>
<p>Audrina&#8217;s daily diet plan has good portion control which is something easy to do when you use a meal delivery service. For those of us who can&#8217;t afford that, it&#8217;s a good idea to hang a chart of food servings on the refrigerator as a reminder of portion sizes and invest in kitchen scales for weighing foods like chicken, steak and salmon.</p>

<p>One of <em>The Hills</em> reality star is ready to get in shape. The 24-year-old <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/audrina-patridge-diet-and-workout/">Audrina Patridge</a> spoke with <em>US</em> magazine last week and implied that her plan is two fold; she wants to take up yoga and get back to the gym. She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I want to try yoga this year. I just want to try something stress-free and spiritual.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p><span id="more-8223"></span>Yoga sounds like a great New Year&#8217;s Resolution as it strengthens the body, the mind and some believe even the spirit. Audrina also mentioned she hasn&#8217;t been exercising;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I have not worked out at all!&#8221; she said. &#8220;I&#8217;m going to go back to the gym with my trainer.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>The reality star didn&#8217;t divulge what&#8217;s got her stressed nor why she hasn&#8217;t been working out, but she still looks great and we can assume that since she&#8217;s now back from holiday and in full work mode on the set of <em>The Hills </em>she&#8217;s got a full plate and needs to stay centered and fit.</p>
