Backstreet Boys heartthrob, Nick Carter, has done a 180-degree turn when it comes to lifestyle choices. During the Backstreet Boys European tour last year, Nick started to feel the physical pains of an unhealthy lifestyle and overweight body and began to suffer from chest discomfort. He went to a cardiologist to discover he suffers from cardiomyopathy, a weakening of the heart. Being only 28 at the time, he knew he had to act fast and leave behind the booze and drugs and drop a considerable amount of weight.
