Cameron Diaz may be in the Caribbean filming Knight and Day with Tom Cruise, but that hasn’t stopped her from getting in a yoga workout (photo above) and relaxing with friends during her down time. Cameron Diaz: Workout and Exercise

Cameron Diaz always looks great.  She’s always wearing a smile, looks healthy and has a positive disposition.  But what’s her secret to her ultra-toned arms?  Her trainer, Teddy Bass, gave People Magazine readers some inside tips on how she does it. His recommendation is a three-step arm workout.

1.  Reverse flies – Do 15 to 20 reps by stepping into a lunge and raising arms parallel to shoulders.

2.  Tricep kickbacks – Do 10 reps per arm.  In a lunge stance, lean forward with a flat back and extend weights behind, close to the elbows.

3.  Bicep curls – Do 15 to 20 reps of traditional bicep curls in standing position.
