<p><a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/cameron-diaz-workout-plan/">Cameron Diaz</a> may be in the Caribbean filming <em>Knight and Day</em> with <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tom-cruise-diet-exercise/">Tom Cruise</a>, but that hasn&#8217;t stopped her from getting in a yoga workout (photo above) and relaxing with friends during her down time. In past interviews Cameron often speaks of her love for the outdoors and that she prefers exercises such as hiking, snowboarding and surfing so it&#8217;s only natural to see her in the great outdoors striking a few yoga poses as she has a holistic approach to exercise.  She said,<span id="more-8507"></span></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I admit I do hire a personal trainer as well, but for me working out is a big part of keeping mind and body together.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Diaz also mentioned that she trains three times a week apart from her yoga workouts. When it comes to her eating habits, now that she&#8217;s 37 she can&#8217;t eat fattening foods such as fried chicken and onion rings like she used to do because she realizes that &#8216;insides rebel against you.&#8217;</p>

<p>Created by British trainer Simon Lovell, the Lunch Box Diet received quite a bit of attention in 2008 (when it was first launched) and appeared in glossy magazines in the UK, helping chronic snackers lose or maintain their weight.</p>
<p><span id="more-5521"></span>The diet allows you to eat whatever you want for breakfast and for dinner, but you&#8217;re only allowed to snack on what&#8217;s the lunch box during the day. Filled with 60% vegetables, 30% protein and 10% dressing, the Lunch Box Diet balances your blood sugar levels, eliminating your cravings. Carbs are a big no-no, unless you&#8217;re following a fitness program too.</p>

His recommendation is a three-step arm workout.</p>
<p>1.  Reverse flies &#8211; Do 15 to 20 reps by stepping into a lunge and raising arms parallel to shoulders.</p>
<p>2.  Tricep kickbacks &#8211; Do 10 reps per arm.  In a lunge stance, lean forward with a flat back and extend weights behind, close to the elbows.</p>
<p>3.  Bicep curls &#8211; Do 15 to 20 reps of traditional bicep curls in standing position.</p>
<p><span id="more-2889"></span>According to Bass,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Arms shape up faster than any other body part. You&#8217;ll see changes after two to three weeks!&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Two to three week is just in time for the heat of the summer when tank tops and strapless dresses are a must.  Get lifting!</p>
