As she&#8217;s gearing up to hit the big screen she talked with <em>SELF</em> Magazine about her workouts, favorite music and of course fashion. Even though she sports a thin frame she admits that she&#8217;s not like other starts who don&#8217;t eat but she does balance that out with plenty of exercise.  <span id="more-6603"></span>Three to four times a week she&#8217;ll do 30 minute cardio workouts at<em> Equinox</em> gym and she does body-resistance moves with her trainer to keep a feminine physique.  She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Working out for me, actually it just, it&#8217;s obvious I get very stressed out with everything I do and it just kind of de-stresses it, it releases it.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>In addition, she likes to go to dance classes but sticks to the back row because she&#8217;s not too confident in her fancy footwork.  As for the diet she doesn&#8217;t limit herself from anything but she does watch her carbs.  She explained,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I try to limit the carbs because my trainer always tells me I&#8217;ll see results faster if I cut out the bread but I&#8217;m such a bread fanatic, the bread basket is my favorite thing for dinner.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<p>It looks as if embattled pop star, <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tag/amy-winehouse/">Amy Winehouse</a>, is on her way to her idea of the perfect body. The 26-year-old singer who has had a colorful history with substance abuse is packing on the pounds to achieve a “pin-up” figure.</p>
<p>The sober and clear-headed Amy has recently had breast implants, to give her a perkier chest after her addiction to alcohol and drugs ate away at her body. But now Amy wants to add curves to the rest of her body to go with her new assets, and is eating at least 3 000 calories a day.<span id="more-6511"></span></p>
<blockquote><p>“Amy’s like a machine at the moment. She just can’t stop eating. She loves T-bone steaks and fish covered in oily sauces,” a source told BANG Media International. “She has set a target to eat up to 3 000 calories a day while also doing work in the gym.”</p></blockquote>
<p>But it may seem the “Rehab” star has an addictive personality as she is now just as serious about getting in shape as she was about hitting the bottle a year ago. Amy’s dad recently said that his daughter has <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/amy-winehouse-gets-fit/">installed a gym</a> in her home and spends 3 to 4 hours in it.</p>
<p>Will we see a bigger Amy in future, and will she be addicted to food this time round? Only time will tell…</p>

At a press conference in Beverly Hills last Friday she revealed a bit more about his new physique and the challenges he has when it comes to maintaining it.  Not only does he workout at the gym five times a week but he also has to maintain a 3,200-calorie a day diet.  He said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Everybody thinks it was the actual getting in the gym, that was easy.  But the eating was pretty hard&#8230;Putting something in your mouth every two hours.  And I&#8217;m busy.  I&#8217;m downtown L.A going from meeting to meeting, so there&#8217;s no time for me to be eating.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p><span id="more-6440"></span>Because Taylor was so busy he had to carry foods with him in a bag that he could eat through out the day.  He ate protein-rich foods like beef patties, raw almonds and sweet potatoes.  He also made it very clear that he wasn&#8217;t walking around eating ice cream all the time.</p>
<p>Well, you can&#8217;t feel too sorry for the guy; he&#8217;s now an international celebrity and making loads of money, so 3,200 calories a day is a small sacrifice.</p>

As for her diet she considers herself a &#8216;consistent&#8217; eater but she allows herself one weekend a month to indulge in whatever she likes.  When asked about a typical diet she replied,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I like Greek yogurt for breakfast. I eat two giant salads a day, a broiled meat or fish, and a dark green vegetable at every meal.  I ate a lot more potatoes, brown rice, and lentils while I was training.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>We haven&#8217;t see Webb on the big screen for quite sometime.  Her last film was the 2006, <em>Dirty Laundry,</em> but these days she is a devoted mother of two daughters.</p>

The breakout actress from <em>Love Simple</em>, Patrizia Hernandez is promising to be one brilliant actress. She recently chatted with <em>Self Magazine</em> about her healthy eating habits in order to stay Hollywood fit.  As for her workout routine she does a mix of yoga, cardio and strength training.  She did admit that while filming she isn&#8217;t able to exercise that much but when she has the time, she goes full force.  Her favorite exercise is yoga at <em>Yoga To The People</em>, a no-fee studio that only takes donations.  She also said that she&#8217;ll never do the same workout in a row.  She explained,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;For example, I do a lot of cardio, but I&#8217;m not in love with it.  When I do actually have a running day, I can go through it with full force and actually make it count because I know I&#8217;ll have a break before my next full-on cardio session.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p><span id="more-6389"></span>Patrizia doesn&#8217;t only keep a balanced workout schedule but she also maintains a balanced diet.  Here&#8217;s a sample daily menu:<br />
<strong>Breakfast:</strong> egg white breakfast burrito on a whole wheat wrap<br />
<strong>Lunch:</strong> Peanut butter sandwich with banana on whole wheat bread<br />
<strong>Dinner:</strong> Pasta with tomato or oil-based sauce<br />
Something that Patrizia is always sure to do is measure her food so that she keeps her portions in control.  She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;When you&#8217;re hungry, it&#8217;s so easy to get caught up and overdo it. A cup might not look like much sometimes, but it&#8217;s always enough to get me feeling full.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<p>The 28-year-old gave birth to her first child in January of 2008 and she has since become a dedicated mother who&#8217;s learning to wake up in the mornings and perfect the balancing act of mothering her child and allowing herself times to be creative and work on her music. <p>NeNe Leakes from the <em>Real Housewives of Atlanta</em> is doing more than just mouthing off at other celebrities’ style and parenting skills these days. She’s working out with a personal trainer and recently told <em>OK!</em> magazine how she dropped 10 pounds in 2 weeks.</p>
<p>The 42-year-old New Yorker hired Tammy Stokes, the West Coast Workout trainer who created the Live Your Healthiest Lifestyle program that focuses on healthy meals and intense workouts.<span id="more-6202"></span></p>
<blockquote><p>“My trainer has taught me to eat breakfast,” NeNe told the weekly British magazine. “She said, ‘NeNe, you have to bite something in the morning to get your metabolism going.’ So I’ve learned to do that, and it works.”</p></blockquote>
<p>For lunch, the reality TV celebrity eats salads with chicken and when she goes out for dinner only orders appetizers because she feels the portions of the main meals these days are way too big. NenNe is however having difficulty cutting out carbohydrates from her meals. Although she does cut back on them, she refuses to give up her potato chips. When it comes to the show and those calorie-laced cocktails the housewives wolf down, NeNe’s decided to practice moderation. She will still have one once a while, but definitely not every day.</p>
<p>The mother-of-one takes walks through her neighborhood carrying weights when Tammy comes over to her house, but when she hits the gym she either takes one of the group classes or focuses on one-on-one training.</p>
<blockquote><p>“I feel good. To be honest, I like my size. I’m a 10, and I don’t think that’s fat,” she told <em>OK!</em>. “I’m almost 6 feet. If I were a size 4, I would look anorexic, and I don’t want to look like that.
