Jason Alexander’s Weight Loss on Jenny Craig – 14 Pounds in 5 Weeks

Seinfeld star and comedian Jason Alexander has lost 14 pounds so far while on the Jenny Craig diet. He started five weeks ago weighing in at 195 pounds, keep in mind that he’s only 5′5″ so that’s a considerable amount of weight. He used to consume approximately 4,500 calories a day but on Jenny Craig he eats 1,500 a day and he’s getting plenty of fruits and veggies.
