It&#8217;s evident she works hard to keep that body and in past interviews she has even confessed to <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/rihannas-diet-midnight-exercise-routines/">working out at midnight</a> to keep her body in shape.  Now, her workout habits have landed her in some legal trouble as she is being sued by her past personal trainer, Cindy Percival.  Percival filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles last week claiming $26,144.14 in unpaid wages during 2009.<span id="more-9178"></span></p>
<p>According to Percival she was hired by Rihanna for &#8220;exclusive personal training services&#8221; at $1,500 per day. What a salary! The two trained together in September and October of 2009 and Percival has yet to see any of that money. In addition, she&#8217;s seeking $2,644.14 in travel expenses for the time she worked with Rihanna while traveling in Europe.</p>
<p>So far, Rihanna&#8217;s representative has not made any comments but before jumping to conclusions let&#8217;s remember that this occurred approximately the same time when Rihanna was living a nightmare with singer Chris Brown. Paying a trainer was probably the last thing on Rihanna&#8217;s mind.</p>

<p>The 25-year-old is most likely adjusting to her temporary celebrity status as she&#8217;s continually on talk shows and at promotional events. While celebrating her birthday last week at Las Vegas&#8217;s Palms Casino Resort she said she thinks the reason she hasn&#8217;t put on weight is because she is sleep deprived and she&#8217;s active just because she has so much running around to do with the show. She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I think I’m good right now,” she said of her body. “I don’t want to change that much for the second [season]. I still want to be myself, and if being myself is lazy, then that’s great.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Being herself is all just fine but she may want to think about doing some mild exercise such as yoga or pilates to keep herself centered. If she&#8217;s a busy as she says she is, her body is probably begging for attention and would love a good downward facing dog yoga posture to relax.</p>

Jenni may be getting plenty of exercise if she&#8217;s walking around all day keeping up with all her Jersey Shore promotional duties.  Add in all the fist pumping and she may be doing enough to put the wow in Jwoww!</p>

<p>Star of <em>New Adventures of Old Christine</em>, <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/julia-louis-dreyfus-exercise-workout/">Julia Louis-Dreyfus</a>, graces the cover of the March issue of <em>Redbook</em>. The 49-year-old and mother of two looks absolutely amazing and most of us would think she&#8217;s not a day over 30. In past interviews she revealed that she strives to eat healthy and be fit instead of resorting to invasive techniques. She always eats a salad every day and she tries to find healthy foods that she likes to eat to keep her cravings in check.<span id="more-8853"></span></p>
<p>In <em>Redbook</em> she tells us about her exercise routine. She starts off by saying that she always feels great after doing some Pilates. She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I run, hike, do Pilates. I try to change it up.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>But one little sad secret she shared is that when she was asked when she feels most beautiful she replied,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;When I&#8217;m super skinny.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>She was most likely joking when she said it, but since celebrities words are easily twisted it wasn&#8217;t a good idea to make such a joke in our current weight-obsessed culture.</p>

<p>The MTV presenter and former Miss Australia, Erin McNaught, has a fabulous body. But like most young models she went through a rocky period where she was exercising too much and eating like a bird. She says,<span id="more-8823"></span></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I was a massive gym junkie — I was doing (aerobic class) body attack four times a week, then running on top of that.  It became an obsession, and my life started revolving around the gym. I literally wore my body into the ground and couldn’t get well.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>At the time she was going through a big breakup and she started to realize she was using the gym to deal with her problems. But instead of using exercise as a stress-reliever she abused it. She then recognized her obsession and did an about face. These days she has taken a softer and healthier approach. Now, she goes for mild walks or runs along the beach and she&#8217;ll even allow herself some indulgences like a double fudge chocolate cooked even if she&#8217;s heavier for it. She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I’ve got cellulite and a little belly but I don’t care. I know it sounds clichéd, but when you’re happy with your life it really translates to being happy in your own skin.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>With her new job at MTV in 2010 as well as a new romance, Erin has her self together physically, emotionally and mentally.</p>

Tony-nominated actress, Laura Bell Bundy, is a little pint-sized energy-driven singer that will soon release her debut album, <em>Achin&#8217; and Shakin&#8217;</em>. You may recognize her from the Broadway stage as she played the role of Elle Woods in<em> Legally Blonde</em> (<a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/reese-witherspoon-healthy-lifestyle/">Reese Witherspoon</a> starred in the movie version). She&#8217;s shedding that good-girl persona and strapping on her cowboy boots and leather lace-up pants to promote her new tunes.<span id="more-8719"></span></p>
<p>Last week she caught up with <em>Self </em>Magazine to reveal how she keeps her too-cute figure.  Laura likes to run and if she can&#8217;t do that she still makes a point to sweat once a day, even if it&#8217;s just for 15 minutes. She loves those fast beats and foot-stomping tunes while running so her new album is even exercise-friendly. She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I checked my album to make sure you can run to every song!&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>The up and coming singer said she&#8217;ll do interval training where she&#8217;ll run for two songs and then walk for one song. This is a great method to get an efficient workout and still burn fat at a high rate.</p>

During her first year in the White House she was always vocal about healthy eating and exercise by <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/michelle-obama-local-foods-campaign/">campaigning for local foods</a>, teaming up with <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/michelle-obama-healthy-habits-for-life/">Sesame Street</a> and hosting a <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/michelle-obama-promotes-kids-fitness/">healthy kids fair</a>.  <span id="more-8651"></span>This new initiative, Let&#8217;s Move, aims to teach kids how to increase their daily exercise. In addition the initiative calls on schools to provide healthier meals and for food companies to accurately label the nutritional content of their products. Mrs. Obama said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I would move heaven and earth to give my kids all the chance in the world for them to be at the top of their game in every way, shape and form.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Figures show that 32-percent of kids in the US are obese and Mrs. Obama wants to get these kids to understand how to live a balanced lifestyle where they enjoy healthy foods, prevent illness and are out running, playing and walking.</p>

Michelle Obama is taking on an issue that strikes close to home. She put her two daughters Sasha and Malia on a diet after she was warned by their pediatrician that they were becoming overweight.  Sugary drinks were replaced with water. More whole fruits and less burgers were the prescription for a healthier diet.</p>
<p>Michelle admits to liking junk food. ‘I love burgers and fries. And I love ice cream and cake. And so do most kids.’   She adds that she&#8217;s not excluding these foods entirely. It&#8217;s all about dialing up the healthy stuff and dialing down the junk.</p>
