Academy Award winner Emma Thompson is a well-respected actress with grace, poise and always looks healthy. Now, at 50 years old she still keeps a trim figure and we don’t see her going out and getting botox and face lifts. She’s aging gracefully and it shows. She does however admit her faults; one being her rear end. Always a comedian at heart she did refer to her backside as her ‘great big zonking bottom’ when interviewed by the Daily Mail.

Alanis Morissette to Run a Marathon
Alanis Morissette is one fit and trim woman these days as she is often spotted exercising and eating right. Recently, she has announced that she’ll be running a marathon on October 11th, the Bizz Johnson Trail Marathon, to raise money for the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA). During her training for the 26.2 mile race Alanis has gotten into great shape but she told People Magazine that the training has also changed her views on food. She said,
“I’ve learned how to enjoyably fuel myself. Participating in this marathon has inspired me to treat my body like an instrument.”

Kristin Davis: Diet and Exercise

Kristin Davis is one of the stars of the romantic comedy Couple’s Retreat and she’s on the cover of the October issue of Self Magazine with co-stars Kristen Bell and Malin Akerman. Most of us immediately think of the lovable Charlotte York from Sex and the City, but Davis has worked on other projects since the series and this new romantic comedy looks like it’s going to be great. During the photo shot with the magazine Davis revealed some information about her diet and exercise habits. When asked about her healthy habits she said,
“Wow what is my healthiest habit? I think my healthiest habit is that I do not smoke.”

Nadya Suleman’s – Ocotomon – Exercise Plan

Octomom Nadya Suleman appears to be back to her old weight. A few months ago she said she would never go under the knife to lose all of that baby weight and it seems she stuck to her word. The mother of 14 children was spotted in the park near her home complete with yoga mat, dumb bells and exercise ball getting in a workout. According to the Daily Mail she did push-ups, sit-ups, lifted weights and practiced yoga moves such as the lotus position.

Eliza Dushku & Dichen Lachman: Partner Workout

In the October issue of Self Magazine Eliza Dushku and Dichen Lachman from the Fox drama, Dollhouse, model for a partner workout. They pose for six different exercise that can be done with a partner; this ’sidekick shape-up’ was devised by Elizabeth Hendrix Burwell, co-owner of High Performance Fitness in New York City. According to the magazine,
“Women who work out with a bestie are 45 percent more likely to exercise than are those who sweat solo, research shows.”

Kristen Bell: Diet and Exercise
Kristen Bell is one of the stars of the romantic comedy Couple’s Retreat and she’s on the cover of the October issue of Self Magazine with co-stars Kristen Davis and Malin Akerman. Although the magazine has yet to be on news stands Kristen Bell did reveal some information about her diet and exercise habits during the behind the scenes photo shoot. When asked about her healthy habits she said she tries to be as active as possible but likes for it to be a social activity where she still feels like she gets a workout. She said,
“It’s so hard to schedule workouts for anybody so I try to do activites with my friends. So like instead of watching movies on Saturday we’ll go play ultimate frisbee or hiking with the dogs, or bike riding.”

Host of E! Entertainment’s Daily 10, Catt Sadler, exudes sexy confidence on screen when presenting the entertainment news show. And it’s pretty likely part of that confidence comes from a toned and taut body. The 34-year-old journalist shared her 5-step abs workout, created by celeb trainer Tracy Anderson, with US magazine.

Mena Suvari: Workout

Mena Suvari, most known for her roles in American Beauty and American Pie has a new movie coming out, You May Not Kiss the Bride. Mehcad Brooks: Balanced Workout

True Blood star Mehcad Brooks spends quite a lot of his onscreen time topless, and could be credited to heating up the undead hit TV series. In a recent interview with Honey magazine, the 28-year-old was pretty modest about his sex appeal and dished a little on how he maintains his physique.
“I work very hard in the gym, and I can own that,” Brooks said. “I’m not in the gym like I used to be, though. I used to be in there like four or five days a week.”

BooBoo Stewart: Workout
The latest newcomer to the Twilight series is the bright-eyed BooBoo Stewart. At just 15 years old he may not be getting bulked up like Taylor Lautner or well-defined like Chaske Spencer, but he too is doing his fair share of work at the gym. As he has been preparing for filming the latest Twilight saga he has amped up his workouts. He said,
“I have definitely been going to the gym and just reading the books so I can get the character down for all of the fans.”
He also told Ok! Magazine that he has been doing plenty of sit-ups, legs lifts, bicep and tricep work as well as doing some jogging and cardio. Booboo will play the role of teen werewolf, Seth Clearwater, in the Twilight series along side other stars such as Rachelle Lefevre and Ashley Greene.
