Joe film he had to get into action hero shape which these days requires a chiseled look and not so much bulk like the days of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jean Claude Van Dame.  To prepare for his role Tatum practiced a protein-rich diet.  He told GQ Magazine,</div>
