Host of The Dish, Danielle Fishel, gets ‘up close’ with People magazine and discusses her views on beauty and health and also gives some insight on her dedicated workout regime.

She did stress the importance of being happy with one’s body and that the body weight of each person has a certain comfort zone and we have to be careful to read our bodies to know when we’ve crossed that limit of being healthy or not. Danielle Fishel: Weight Loss on NutriSystem

Danielle Fishel, the actress from Boy Meets World and Dish, lost 30 pounds this past year while on NutriSystem.  She told Ok Magazine,

“I thoroughly enjoyed doing it last year, and since then I have maintained by learning portion control.  That was one of the greatest things NutriSystem taught me. I cook a lot now. I eat 95% of my meals at home. I never eat fast food, I take protein bars with me everywhere, and I make all of my own food. I eat very low-carb and high fiber and a lot of protein.”
