<p>Host of <em>The Dish</em>, <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/danielle-fishel-weight-loss/">Danielle Fishel</a>, gets &#8216;up close&#8217; with <em>People </em>magazine and discusses her views on beauty and health and also gives some insight on her dedicated workout regime.</p>
<p>She did stress the importance of being happy with one&#8217;s body and that the body weight of each person has a certain comfort zone and we have to be careful to read our bodies to know when we&#8217;ve crossed that limit of being healthy or not. Danielle explained that when she started her weight loss journey she was able to do it once she made the decision to do it for health&#8217;s sake and not for vanity reasons. Fishel also told <em>People</em> about her workout regime, she explained,<span id="more-8261"></span></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I work out six if not seven days a week. I know I&#8217;m supposed to take a day off but that&#8217;s hard for me to do. I do cardio all six or seven days for at least an hour sometimes an hour and a half and I work out twice a week with a trainer.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>She said that of course there are things she would love to change but they are out of her hands such as a longer torso or longer neck. So she chooses to focus on the things she can change. Even though she&#8217;s not at her goal weight yet she&#8217;s happy with who she is and feels confident about her body.</p>

<p>Danielle Fishel, the actress from <em>Boy Meets World</em> and <em>Dish,</em> lost 30 pounds this past year while on <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/?s=nutrisystem">NutriSystem</a>.  She told <em>Ok</em> Magazine,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I thoroughly enjoyed doing it last year, and since then I have maintained by learning portion control.  That was one of the greatest things NutriSystem taught me. I cook a lot now. I eat 95% of my meals at home. I never eat fast food, I take protein bars with me everywhere, and I make all of my own food. I eat very low-carb and high fiber and a lot of protein.”</p></blockquote>
<p><span id="more-2755"></span>Although she admits to having a sweet tooth, she does her best to get her protein and veggies:</p>
<blockquote><p>“I make a lot of fish, I love vegetables – so that’s a good thing – and then, the working out and the eating well, that allows me – I have a sweet tooth – so that allows me to have a cookie here and there. My mom just baked my favorite – my kryptonite is chocolate chip cookies that my mom bakes that are amazing.”</p></blockquote>
<p>As for her workout it is intense and this would surely be a difficult routine to keep up with over the long term.  She explained that she works out nine hours a week in the mornings.  She&#8217;ll do an hour of cardio three times a week and then the other three days she&#8217;ll do cardio for an hour plus another hour of weight training.  Danielle said,</p>
<blockquote><p>“It’s my favorite part of my day. It wasn’t always my favorite part of my day, but I grew into the lifestyle of working out, and now if I miss a day or I have to skip because of work, I don’t feel like my day is complete.”</p></blockquote>
