Jesus Diet
The latest diet fad (just in time for the upcoming religious holidays no doubt) is turning to Jesus. Literally. Author Dr. Don Colbert has penned the What Would Jesus Eat?: The Ultimate Program for Eating Well, Feeling Great, and Living Longer book, basing it on food references made in the Bible and what was available at that time in history. Dr Colbert reasons that because some people model their morals and principles on Jesus behavior then why shouldn’t they develop their diet on his too?
“If you truly want to follow Jesus in every area of your life, you cannot ignore your eating habits,” Dr Colbert says addressing Christians in the book.

Truth About Abs Review
The Truth about Abs is authored by Mike Geary who is a personal trainer and nutritionist. I’m going to spill the beans and let you in on the secret to great abs. It starts with nutrition! So forget the crazy ab machines and routines. It’s what you put in your mouth that counts. As a physician who has reviewed hundreds of diet and weight loss programs, in addition to thousands of clinical and scientific studies, I was actually quite impressed by the nutritional information found in Truth About Abs. For the most part it was right on. There were a few inaccuracies (dairy for weight loss, soy is fattening etc) but overall I think the nutritional information was spot on and a welcome relief to a lot of the rubbish you find in many diet and weight loss books.
