She did admit that her eating habits have changed now that she’s over 40, but she recently revealed that her drinking habits have changed too. To keep her midriff trim she has switched from wine to vodka. She explained,

“I used to drink and awful lot of coffee, but I was told after the age of 40 you have to be careful with coffee and wine. Apparently that can be one of the reasons older women get bloated around their stomach.”

The 44-year-old face of Estee Lauder and her husband Arun Nayar have a 400-acre organic farm and they will soon be producing foods under the label Duchy Originals, a sustainable foods label that belongs to Prince Charles.
