Grammy award winning rapper, Eminem, is notorious for speaking his mind through his often controversial lyrics and his latest video, We Made You, is no exception.  In the video a very heavyset  Jessica Simpson look-alike wearing Daisy Duke jean shorts stuffs her face with hamburgers and dances around with a Tony Romo look-alike.  Eminem told the Detroit Metro Times that he was at first hesitant to put the scene in the video.  He explained

“Tony Romo is one of my favorite quarterbacks. So I felt kinda conflicted doing the Jessica thing.”

His original plan was to have a slender Jessica Simpson actress in the video:

“When I say, ‘Jessica Simpson, sing the chorus,’ we were gonna have a chick who looked like Jessica Simpson come out and sing.”

When Emineem was filming the video it was at the same time (winter 2009) that all of the tabloids were covering Jessica’s alleged weight gain so he went for the fat version of Jessica instead.

“But then Jessica got fat,” he says. “I mean, not really fat but she certainly got fat for … well, Jessica Simpson got fat for Jessica Simpson!”

All is said and done, and who really knows if Jessica gained weight or lost weight, or something in between.  At least Eminem is able to entertain us and poke fun at the celebrity weight loss/weight gain gossip.
