Academy Award winner Emma Thompson is a well-respected actress with grace, poise and always looks healthy. Now, at 50 years old she still keeps a trim figure and we don’t see her going out and getting botox and face lifts. She’s aging gracefully and it shows. She does however admit her faults; one being her rear end. Always a comedian at heart she did refer to her backside as her ‘great big zonking bottom’ when interviewed by the Daily Mail.

She said that she doesn’t have a personal trainer, nor does she like gyms so she likes to run outdoors. She said,

“I do it [running] almost every day, partly because I want to drink wine and eat what I bloody well want, but, because around 40, everything changes.”

Good for her for being practical. Exercising daily is key to a good heart and a great figure and she’s sensible enough to allow herself a glass of wine.
