<p><span id="more-6325"></span>Created by Bikram Choudhury, Bikram takes you through 26 postures or asanas and 2 breathing exercises. As Emmy tweeted, the 90-minute classes are practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit with a humidity of 40%. Because the rooms are so hot, you will sweat quite a bit, getting rid of toxins in the body. Your muscles are warm, which allows you greater flexibility for deeper stretching, and the heat also helps prevents injuries as well as relieve stress and tension. <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LEbIIO4KK54" target="_blank"></a></p>

Otherwise, life is too short not to eat dessert, not to bread, not to eat rice and potatoes. I think if you exercise and are healthy, those kind of things – they’re not the devil.”</p></blockquote>
<p><span id="more-2377"></span>She also revealed some of her exercise habits which is a good mix of cardio that keeps her motivated:</p>
<blockquote><p>“I like to dance a lot,” the NYC native says. “I was a ballerina when I was younger, so I’m back to ballet a little bit. I was kicked off, so I like to run, swim, hike – as long as I can do something that doesn’t get boring, I’ll do it.”</p></blockquote>
<p>And lastly, when asked if she had any diet tips for her fans she simply responded,</p>
