Eva Longoria has a great body and even though right now she appears to be on the chubby side on Desperate Housewives, that’s all due to the extra padding and cushioning she’s wearing for the role as Gabby. In the real world, Eva is as trim as can be. In the latest issue of Ok! Magazine, Eva’s trainer, Aimet Victoria, reveals how she keeps her arms so tone and avoids getting the cottage cheese-like wobbly bit that none of us like. Nancy O’Dell’s Running Workout

Nancy O’Dell has been the co-host of the tabloid news show, Access Hollywood, since 1996. During her recent interview with Runner’s Magazine she opened up about how she has stayed fit after all of these years of constantly being in front of the camera. She said that it was interviewing other actresses that pressured her to do a lot of running because she was always standing next to fit celebrities. She especially took up running because it’s the fastest way to lose weight since you can burn up calories quickly. She told Runner’s Magazine,

“For me running has always been the easy way if I wanted to lose five pounds in a couple of weeks. Running has been the only thing and the quickest thing that works for me. So, I really started running when I came to LA, that would have been back in 1996 when I started with Access—and I was having to stand next to all these Hollywood celebrities. And then I was running consistently.”

Spice Girl Mel-B’s New Fitness DVD

The former Spice Girl, Mel-B, was on the Ellen Degeneres show this week to demonstrate some of the new moves off of her new fitness DVD. She told Ellen that while she was pregnant with her second child she gained a total of 60 pounds. After the birth she had to learn how to get a workout done while the kids were taking a nap. At the same time, she didn’t want to go out and buy expensive workout equipment or schedule times with a trainer. So what is a Spice Girl to do? [Read more →]

Jordan (Katie Price) Trains for Marathon

The long-legged and ultra-thin supermodel Jordan, also known as Katie Price, is under strict training as she prepares for the London marathon on April 26th. Jordan is concerned that she will bulk out too much during these final months of training as she has increased her consumption of carbohydrates. But it does seem rather odd she’s worried about bulk as most marathon runners sport a slim frame to begin with because of the regular long distance training. [Read more →]
