It’s great to have friends in high places, especially when you friend is everyone else’s favorite Friend. Yoga instructor Mandy Ingber is one such lucky lady; she’s got her friend Jennifer Aniston to endorse her new DVD, Yogalosophy.

In the DVD’s introductory video, Jennifer confesses that yoga changed her life. The 40-year-old actress says Yogalosophy is one of the funnest workouts she’s ever done and encourages viewers to work hard so they can see the results too.

Jennifer Aniston: Weight Loss 5 Pounds in 5 Days

Jennifer Aniston is on the cover of Life & Style Magazine this week and inside it is revealed how she stays so thin even while she’s working on the set of her movie, The Bounty, with co-star Gerard Butler.  An insider told the magazine that while Jennifer and The Bounty gang were out having lunch she shared her dessert with everyone instead of eating it all by herself.  The onlooker said,
“She’s tiny, but she looks strong and healthy. Her arms were amazing, she was in great shape and she looked comfortable in her own skin.”
The past few months Jennifer has been vocal about her newfound serenity since turning 40 and she feels better than ever. But for those of you who would like to know how she loses five pounds in five days for those times when she wants to look her best you’ll have to read that in the magazine.  One insider said that she’ll often do the five pounds in five days diet when she starts a new film.  As for her diet while filming The Bounty she jogs apart from doing yoga.
“She routinely gets up at 5 in the morning to run before filming starts. We were filming from 6 a.m. until almost 11 at night, and she had a great energy level the whole time. She was upbeat and smiley and never flubbed a line — and her body looks amazing!”

Is our favourite Friend Jennifer Aniston a workout-aholic? If reports by femalefirst.co.uk are correct, then she is. It’s been claimed that the 40-year-old actress works out at 3am every morning so she can stay in shape while filming her new movie The Bounty in New York.

“There are a lot of early starts on set, so she has had to get up at 3am to get two hours in the gym before filming at 5am,” a source was quoted as saying on MetroNews.ca. “She is supposed to be playing a 35-year-old, and is concerned she won’t look the part now that she’s 40.”

Jennifer Aniston: Diet

Jennifer Aniston turned 40 last week on February 11th, and she looks amazing. What are her secrets? First off, she participates in a variety of exercise such as yoga, weight training and cardiovascular work on the treadmill and/or crosstrainer. However, keep in mind that she does intensive yoga study and pilates sessions with her trainer, Mandy Ingber, approximately 8 to 10 hours a week. That takes a lot of dedication, time and will power! According to her trainer,

“Jennifer understands that yoga’s essentially a meeting of the physical and spiritual. She brings a real calmness to each pose.”
