<p style="text-align: left;">Jennifer Esposito has had roles on <em>Law &amp; Order,</em> <em>Spin City</em> and most recently she plays the role of Andrea Belladonna on <em>Samantha Who?</em> starring <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/christina-applegates-breast-cancer/">Christina Applegate</a>.  Recently, <em>People</em> Magazine revealed  Jennifer&#8217;s &#8216;moderation mantra&#8217; when it comes to diet and exercise.  According to <em>People</em>, Jennifer takes a balanced approach; she&#8217;ll allow herself to indulge from time to time but she will also be sure to balance that with something healthy.  She explains,</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">&#8220;I really love food but I have a healthy relationship with it,&#8221; she continues, &#8220;One day I&#8217;ll make pastas and eggplant parm and bring it into work and we&#8217;ll eat on set, but then I&#8217;ll eat kale and boiled salmon.&#8221;</p>

Great to see Jennifer eats kale. Part of the cruciferious veggie family (think broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, arugula) , kale is packed with anti-cancer organosulfur compounds and is truly an under appreciated superfood.</p>
