Jessica Biel’s Workout

Jessica Biel has always been praised for her svelte physique, strong arms and flat abs. Lucky for us, her fitness trainer, Jason Walsh, recently told People Magazine how she stays in such great shape. He explained that Jessica will start with some stretches and then do cardio where she will run for half a mile and then do two 200-meter, 150-meter, and 100-meter sprints. Jason said she will also do core work and plyometrics, such as stair jumping. He said,
“These hurt,” says Walsh of stair jumping. “Even athletes hate them. After Jessica did these the first time, she would’ve punched me if she had the energy.”
