It was just a couple of weeks ago when Jessica Simpson told the press she was proud of her new curvaceous look. But it seems that the media has gotten the best of her and she has re-hired her former trainer, Mike Alexander. Some of you may recall that Mike Alexander was the one who got Jessica in tip-top shape for her role as Daisy in The Dukes of Hazard.
Last time, he had her working out four to six days a week and doing a lot of cardio and strength training. We will have to wait and see what his plans are this time around. Richard Simmons Gives Weight Loss Advice

In a recent interview with Richard Simmons the exercise guru, he spoke out about Jessica Simpson’s weight gain and offered some advice. Simmons has been a key figure in the exercise and weight loss industry for decades. One reason he has lasted so long in the industry is that people respect him for having lost so much weight back in the early 1980s and he has kept it off ever since. He told Entertainment Tonight,
“I was 268 pounds—I’ve been there.”
