She exercises regularly, watches what she eats (sometimes) and even makes fitness part of her job as she has recently made her own <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/julianne-hough-new-dance-workout-dvd/">dance workout DVD</a>. Recently she revealed the inside scoop on her daily food intake and you will be surprised at how much she can eat. She definitely loves her carbs but keep in mind that she dances and exercises regularly so she burns a lot more than most of us.<span id="more-9103"></span></p>

1 bagel and two fried eggs sunny side up</p>
<p><em>Lunch</em><br />
A huge meal including creamy artichoke and spinach dip with tortilla chips, avocado egg rolls, fried calamari and green salad topped with fresh avocado slices.</p>

chocolate cheesecake</p>
<p><em>Dinner</em><br />
Julianne skipped dinner because of eating such a big lunch.</p>
<p>Wow! There are loads of calories and fat in that lunch. She surely can&#8217;t eat that very often. Her body is practically a calorie burning machine!</p>
<p>Celeb Diet Doc&#8230;<br />
This girl must have the metabolism of an athlete to be able to eat that much and look like that. Even so, she should start dialing down all the refined carbs (bagel, cheesecake, chips) and dialing up the fruits and veggies. Just because Julianne looks great on the outside doesn&#8217;t mean that all these refined carb products are not ravaging her body on the inside (think heart disease, accelerated aging, adult onset diabetes).</p>
