<p>Who would’ve thought the transition from Hollywood actress to Hollywood pole-dancing guru would’ve been the next logical one for Sheila Kelley? Best known for her roles on<em> LA Law, ER</em> and <em>Lost</em>, the 48-year-old now takes her new role as pole-dancing instructor to the stars just as seriously.<span id="more-7790"></span></p>
<blockquote><p>“I was a dance major at NYU, and had done every dance you can imagine,” she told People magazine. “I have never done anything so beautiful as this. I never had the kind of long, lean muscles I have now – and I still have the curves.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Sheila now runs her own studio, S Factor, where she not only teaches the moves around the pole, but also incorporates yoga stretches and strength exercises. Some tend to think of pole-dancing as a sleazy stripper-like thing to do, but Sheila insists it’s fun, safe and sensual, and not at all about getting naked. Her clients are all shapes and sizes ranging from 18 years to 73 years of age, and says it’s a great fitness program specially designed for the female body.</p>
<p>While her celebrity client list includes <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tag/lindsay-lohan/">Lindsay Lohan</a>, <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tag/terri-hatcher/">Terri Hatcher</a> and <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tag/jennifer-love-hewitt/">Jennifer Love Hewitt</a>, it seems her star pupil is <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tag/kate-hudson">Kate Hudson</a>.</p>
<blockquote><p>“She just loves being feminine. Every movement for her is beautiful and sexy,” Sheila told People magazine. “The excitement of sharing it [with her boyfriend] was big for her. She wanted to do a routine, to share it.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Sheila helped Lindsay get into character for her role in<em> I Know Who Killed Me</em>, choreographer Teri’s dance in an upcoming episode in <em>Desperate Housewives</em> and put Jennifer through her paces for a scene in her show <em>The Ghost Whisperer</em>.</p>

<p><span id="more-6231"></span>The actress admits that she loves a good glass of wine and also tequila but  she made the sacrifice for this movie.<br />
A standard glass of red wine has 68 calories and white wine has 60 so cutting out the alcohol will definitely help those of us trying to lose a few pounds but to lose 20 pounds she surely did something else to lose the weight.<br />
There is not an exact release date but <em>Earthbound</em> will be in theaters sometime in 2010.</p>

<p>Paddle-boarding is a form of surfing that utilizes a board that is longer and wider than the traditional surfboard and it also has a paddle.  Paddle-boarding is a full body workout that provides cardio exercise and it strengthens the core as well.  Don&#8217;t think that you have to live on the coast and catch a wave in order to do add paddle-boarding to your exercise regimen because you can also do it in a lake or stream, or even a swimming pool for that matter!</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span><span id="more-1035"></span>Three months prior to the filming of “Bride Wars” Anne started a weight-training program.<span> </span>She spent 60 to 90 minutes a day of weight training mixed with work on the rowing machine and the elliptical.<span> </span>For her weight training, she added heavier weights to what she normally does and included balance exercises such as one-legged dead lifts that challenged her strength, flexibility and core muscle group.<span> </span>In the end, Anne looks great and her trainer David Kirsh says, </span></p>
