The glamorous Kate Winslet has accepted libel damages over the previous allegations that she lied about her workout routine. A few months ago Winslet sued the Associated Newspapers when an article was published accusing her of lying about only exercising 20 minutes a day and the author of the article suggested that the actress had to do more than that to prepare for roles. Kate Winslet has been a long time role model for women everywhere who don’t fit into Hollywood’s traditional ideal body, and now she’s ready to sue a UK based tabloid for claiming that she lies about her fitness habits.  The Daily Mail wrote an article titled, Should Kate Winslet Win an Oscar for the World’s Most Irritating Actress? which questioned one of Winslet’s quotes from an interview with Elle magazine where she said,

“I don’t go to the gym because I don’t have time, but I do Pilates workout DVDs for 20 minutes or more every day at home.”
