<p>The 29-year-old&#8217;s first secret is to keep things interesting by adding variety to your workout sessions, for example incorporating hula hooping, skipping and boxing into your routines.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I love cranking the music up and hula hooping for about 10 minutes,&#8221; Brook says, &#8220;I find that really breaks a sweat and is a great way to give you that six-pack you&#8217;ve always wanted.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p><span id="more-4732"></span>The second secret is to create your own exercises. With the help of a Swiss ball, Brook and Ahmad created the Brook Bum Buster, working the glutes and thighs. Do be careful when creating your own exercises though and always work with a professional trainer – to be sure you don&#8217;t cause more harm than good to your body.</p>
<p>The third secret is to use dance and music in your workouts, and then add weights to help you tone your muscles while you&#8217;re having fun.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;There are lots of ways to keep fit without feeling like you&#8217;re in the gym working out,&#8221; Brook says. &#8220;It&#8217;s all about having fun and really enjoying yourself. And that&#8217;s the best way to stay in shape.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
