Penelope Cruz is up for an Academy Award this weekend for ‘Best Actress in a Supporting Role’ thanks to her striking performance as Maria Elena in the Woody Allen movie, Vicky Cristina Barcelona. Regardless of being on or off the movie set, Penelope stays in shape year round with her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson. According to Peterson,
