Kim Kardashian on Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet
One would think we know absolutely everything about Kim Kardashian’s diet and exercise habits. We know she makes fitness DVDs, we know she embraces her curves, she’s had cellulite removal treatments and the list goes on and on. Now we get to add another item to that list as she has now joined the ranks of other celebrities such as Kelly Clarkson, Mandy Moore, Jennifer Hudson, Guy Ritchie and Howard Stern who have jumped on Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet bandwagon. A source told Ok! Magazine,
“Kim buys the Oatmeal Raisin and Chocolate flavor cookies. She likes to use the cookies to control the number of calories she eats. She also uses the Creme Brulee and Chocolate shakes to change the diet up a bit.”

Kim Kardashian Discusses Cellulite

Kim Kardashian gave an exclusive interview with Life&Style magazine for their April/May issue and she reveals all there is to know about weight loss, weight gain, cellulite and that infamous photoshopped picture. When asked why she thinks the media attacks her weight she said,
“I really don’t know. If there’s a picture that’s not perfect, where I have cellulite, then people say I’m big. I’m built a certain way, and you just can’t change the way you’re built. People attack my true size, but the reality is that I look bigger on TV. In Hollywood, people are used to stick-skinny women, and that’s never going to be me. Growing up, I’d look at skinny models and feel like I looked different. But my parents always told us to be proud of who we are. When I was younger I was uncomfortable, but as I grew up, I grew into it.”
Kim is a very short, and so even though she often wears a size 2 or 4, most people don’t believe her because she looks so curvaceous. She explained,
“I don’t think people get how petite I am because I’m so curvy. I’m small and curvy. The No. 1 thing people ask when they meet me is, ‘Did you lose weight?’… I’m 35-26-40. My dress size is a 4 or a 2/4. I wear a size 4 skirt and size 27 jeans.”

Kim Kardashian on Macrobiotic Diet

Reality television star Kim Kardashian sure is on a health kick as of late. Over the past couple of months she has been all over the tabloids exercising, making fitness workout DVDs and exercising yet some more. Now, she’s told Us Weekly Magazine that she followed a macrobiotic diet and had a strict workout routine in preparation for filming her three-part fitness DVD series titled, Fit in Your Jeans by Friday. Kim Kardashian: Bikini Workout

Reality star, Kim Kardashian is getting her body ready for bikini season 2009. She recently told US Weekly Magazine how she whittled herself down from a size 6 to a size 2. She explained that she did an upbeat warm-up and upper-body cardio using five pound weights and a lower body workout with plenty of squats and lunges. Then she finished her routine with a series of abs work and stretching. She said,
“I love my curves and have to work out to maintain them. Actually, keeping my shape takes a lot more work than just doing nothing or being super-skinny. So this was about toning up, getting fit.”

Kim Kardashian on the Flying Trapeze

It seems like more and more stars are getting into the ’swing’ of things as they continue to get caught in the act soaring overhead with the greatest of ease. In previous posts we have mentioned that stars like Mischa Barton, Molly Sims and Amy Winehouse enjoy the trapeze-style workout and now as we see here, Kim Kardashian has given it a try too.

Kim Kardashian Photoshopped

Just this month we reported that Kim Kardashian had recorded a new exercise DVD that caters to women with curves. Now this week, we see that even celebrity socialites like Kim really do have curves, and some cellulite too. After a photo shoot for Complex Magazine, the magazine posted a photo of Kim on their site that was pre-photoshopped and her cellulite is quite visible. But instead of lashing out, Kim decided to discuss the incident on her website. She wrote on her blog,
“So what: I have a little cellulite. What curvy girl doesn’t! How many people do you think are photoshopped? It happens all the time!”

Kim Kardashian, a reality tv show celeb in her family’s “Keeping up with the Kardashians”, will be putting her dance moves on display in the upcoming “Dancing with the Stars.” She no doubt will lose weight on the show as these stars go through long and demanding practices that burn a lot of calories… that is if she survives past the first week.
