Hills reality star Lauren Conrad is on the cover of the September issue of Self magazine. Inside, she gives great tips on dressing right and working out. Amusingly enough she mentioned that she’s getting soft around the middle because she has been dating someone lately. By the looks of the photo above there is nothing ’soft’ visible to the human eye but she sees things differently. She said,
“I call it the ‘boyfriend layer’,” she tells the magazine. “We were having more romantic dinners out, and I was exercising less.”
