Melissa Joan Hart: Diet on Dancing with the Stars

Melissa Joan Hart lost 42 pounds after her last pregnancy, and now that she is a contestant on Dancing with the Stars she is bound to lose more weight.  She told OK Magazine that she is a bit nervous about showing off her legs in some of the short dresses but she hopes to lose a little bit of weight in order to feel comfortable in her costumes and get ‘dancer legs.’ When asked if she wants to lose weight while on the show, she replied,

“I hope that happens! I lost a lot this summer, but your diet is just terrible when you move. You just don’t eat anything, and then it’s 3 p.m. and you’re like, “I’m starving! Pizza!” Bad stuff. So I’ve had to try to get it back on track now to get my energy up for dancing. Also, there’s definitely been too much coffee.”

Melissa Joan Hart: Weight Loss

The former Sabrina, The Teenage Witch star, Melissa Joan Hart, is on the cover of People Magazine this week sporting her new bikini body after having lost 42 pounds.  The mother of two was under internet fire after giving birth to her second child and wasn’t dropping the weight as quickly as other celebrities do.  Melissa said,

“I still read blogs about me discussing how fat I’ve become. Everyone still thinks I’m huge. But I’m not anymore!”
