<em>Access Hollywood</em> co-host <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/nancy-odell-running-workout/">Nancy O&#8217;Dell</a> is a heatlhy eater and exerciser and she normally runs a few times a week to stay in shape. However, while on Dancing with the Stars her exercise routine most likely changed to dance practice but when she was sidelined because of a knee injury she turned to a nutritional supplement to maintain her great body.  In reference to the effects of <em>I<em>sagenix</em></em>, she said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I lost seven pounds in, like, one week.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

They have various products such as fasting and herbal remedies, shakes, juices and a 30-day cleansing and fat burning packages that has all kinds of concoctions in it.  O&#8217;Dell likes it because you can eat all the organic produce to your heart&#8217;s content.  She explains,</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">“For me running has always been the easy way if I wanted to lose five pounds in a couple of weeks. Running has been the only thing and the quickest thing that works for me. So, I really started running when I came to LA, that would have been back in 1996 when I started with <em>Access</em></span><span lang="EN-GB">—and I was having to stand next to all these Hollywood celebrities. And then I was running consistently.”<span> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB"><span id="more-1160"></span>As for her running schedule she used to run 30 to 45 minutes, three days a week.<span> </span>But over the past year, with a pregnancy and other family commitments she had put on weight and had to do something about it.<span> </span>Now, she has increased her running time, </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">“I&#8217;ve been running five days a week now straight for about 3 months and I&#8217;ve already lost 12 pounds. That was nice. I do it now five days a week, probably 45 minutes per run. It&#8217;s tough to try to fit it all in. But it makes you feel so much better and I enjoy it.”</span></p>
