It&#8217;s been nine months since the <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/nadya-sulemans-octomom-exercise-plan/">Octo-Mom</a> became an international &#8220;celebrity&#8221; after giving birth to octuplets and not mention that the single mom already had six kids.  Since her delivery she lost a whopping 145 pounds and is now back to her pre-baby weight.  At her biggest weight she weight 270 pounds and she&#8217;s now down to 125 pounds and she did it all with diet and exercise, sans trainer sans plastic surgery. She said that while pregnant,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I was eating everything in sight.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p><span id="more-6060"></span>As soon as she gave birth she dropped 40 pounds in the delivery then she decided to join a gym where she goes three times a week for midnight workouts while the nanny stays home with the kids.  At the gym she only does strength training but not cardio.  She explained,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I get enough of that [cardio] with the kids.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>When it comes to her eating habits she eats five meals a day that are protein-packed and she keeps healthy foods such as oatmeal, sushi and turkey in the house.  She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;As long as it&#8217;s nutritious, it&#8217;s good to eat.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>The 34-year-old went on to explain that her Ob-Gyn was surprised at how quickly she lost the weight and that her doctor knows she had no surgical assistance in dropping the weight.</p>

<blockquote><p>&#8220;I would like to join a gym,&#8221; she says. &#8220;My friends have nicknamed me &#8216;Rubberband&#8217; because after every singleton I had, within a month, I was back to a size 2. After the twins, it took me two months. Now, it&#8217;s been three months, and I&#8217;m not a 2 yet. I&#8217;m only a 5 or 6, but I&#8217;ll get there.  I like to be small because I have extraordinary energy.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Well, she won&#8217;t be abusing her star privileges and get a tummy tuck, but  it appears that this isn&#8217;t the last we hear of the Octo-Mom as she is willing to use her quasi-celebrity status to feed those 14 mouths.  She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;What&#8217;s going on now is I feel obligated &#8212; almost compelled &#8212; to earn a living to take care of my kids,&#8221; she says. &#8220;I was kind of catapulted into this, oblivious to my choices. Do I like attention &#8212; the inordinate attention that&#8217;s not even warranted because I&#8217;m not a celebrity, a &#8216;pseudo-celebrity?&#8217; I don&#8217;t. I absolutely don&#8217;t. But I have to do what I have to do to take care of them.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
