The True Blood star Anna Paquin has successfully made the transition from being a child star to a respected actress in Hollywood.  She also has a healthy disposition and we don’t see her getting stereotyped as being an emotional wreck such as other young stars like Lindsay Lohan and Mischa Barton.  In this week’s US Magazine the 27-year-old gave a few healthy tips on how she looks so great.  Anna’s fitness routine incorporates various exercises such as swimming, pilates and she has even tried surfing.  She said,
“I’m obsessed with Pilates.”
Anna also like to watch gymnastics and she has taken trapeze classes before which is a great form of exercise.  In the photo above, Anna was spotted just last week taking trapeze lessons with her fiance, Stephen Moyer.
“I’ve always wanted to be a circus performer, so I took aerial silks classes at Trapeze School New York a few years ago.”
Apart from leading an active lifestyle Anna is sure to get a lot of rest, take plenty of naps and she avoids unhealthy habits.  As for her two vices she told the magazine that they are kombucha (a sweetened and fermented tea) and coffee.
