<p><a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/scientific-yoga-remedy-for-hugh-grant/#more-7058">Hugh Grant</a> is back in the tabloid buzz this month as he is on the media circuit promoting his latest film with Sarah Jessica Parker, <em>Did You Hear About the Morgans</em>? But as the handsome actor is just a year shy of turning 50 he has begun to think twice about his health.  In the past week he told <em>The Globe</em> magazine that he&#8217;s tried yoga to help his nerves but also while on a German quiz show he mentioned his attempt at Pilates. He said,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve actually started to do Pilates to try to keep me young.  I go to a place where there are all these attractive young girls and just the one sad, hungover old man, who is me.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p><span id="more-7073"></span>He also said that getting older gives people &#8216;age terror&#8217; where even if we feel young  we look in the mirror and barely recognize ourselves.  Grant may be getting up there in age but it&#8217;s actually nice to see those wrinkles on his face instead of an alien-like botoxed and plastic face that many celebs wear. Keep up with the Pilates, Hugh!</p>

<p>If there&#8217;s one thing we can all learn from <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/hillary-duff-diet-and-workout/#more-201">Hilary Duff</a>, it&#8217;s discipline – it seems the 21-year-old actress and singer can&#8217;t get enough of the <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/?s=pilates">Pilates</a> classes at her West Hollywood gym, V Pilates. Paparazzi photographs of the former gymnast leaving her gym have been circulating on the Internet for the past few weeks, with one pap even posting the above video.</p>
<p><span id="more-3624"></span>While the natural beauty refused to comment on the specifics of her workout in the video, we&#8217;ve learned she also does hour-long sessions in her LA home four times a week. Hilary uses a reformer machine and concentrates on her lower body, with 20 different leg and butt drills and 5 different abdominal drills.</p>
<p>But the pop-tart also loves Piloxing – a cross between Pilates and boxing. Her Piloxing trainer Viveca Jensen talks a little about the workouts and Hilary&#8217;s favorite moves:</p>

Fortunately it&#8217;s not a recurring role, so Hilary won&#8217;t have to worry about missing too many of her Pilates classes.</p>
