Jennifer maintains her size 8 figure with the  Zone diet. Her diet consists of a ratio of 40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein. </span>Jennifer begins her day with a glass of  freshly squeezed lemon juice.</p>
<blockquote><p><strong></strong> <strong>&#8220;Jen</strong> has a low-carb diet, so she eats a lot of smoked turkey and lettuce wraps. Recently, she’s adjusted her snacking, which used to include corn chips, salsa and guacamole, and now regularly requests fresh fruit – blueberries are a favourite as they have a low sugar content – and cheeses.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
