It was just a few weeks ago when she said she was going to <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/heidi-klum-takes-time-with-weight-loss/">take it easy</a> and not try to walk the catwalk for the upcoming Victoria&#8217;s Secret Lingerie Week.  However, sources say she has changed her mind and is determined to be in the show.  She has even gone so far as to have celebrity trainer <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/david-kirsch’s-holiday-season-workout/">David Kirsch</a> move into her home and put her through some grueling workouts. <span id="more-6554"></span>One source revealed her diet plan:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Heidi&#8217;s swapped processed carbs, sugar, dairy and fruit for egg-white omelets, spinach salads and grilled tuna with quinoa.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>The source goes on to say that in hopes of wowing the audience at the <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/victorias-secret-love-your-body-contest/">Victoria&#8217;s Secret</a> show she is working out twice a day.</p>

The<em> Strictly Come Dancing</em> host Tess Daly has a stunning post-baby figure.  She gave birth to her youngest daughter in May of 2009 and just six months later she&#8217;s doing a modeling campaign for <em>La Senza</em> lingerie. (see photo above)  The 38-year-old claims that she didn&#8217;t follow a strict diet and nor was she a workout fanatic at the gym, instead she gave the old &#8216;high metabolism&#8217; monologue that many celebrities like to tout. She told <em>Heat Magazine</em> that she keeps herself busy and never sits down to relax,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I&#8217;m always running around, and I&#8217;ve got a fast metabolism.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>She also mentioned that she currently doesn&#8217;t go to a gym but she hopes to start soon.  She will however do yoga and go swimming. Daly will soon be launching her own skincare product called, Daly Body.</p>

<p><span id="more-2968"></span>During her red carpet interview with <em>Ok!</em> Magazine she was asked how she got her body back after giving birth.  The 36-year-old actress said that she worked out at <em>Circuit Works</em> in Venice, California.  She explained,</p>
<blockquote><p>“It’s interval training where you do weights and cardio with a couple minute intervals and you alternate back and forth between cardio and weights within a couple minutes. Your heart rate is always up high. I try to get there three days a week for an hour. Three is imperative.”</p></blockquote>
<p>It is rumored that Elisabeth is currently filming a new movie, <em>The Whole Truth</em>.</p>

So how did Jodie Sweetin lose 45 pounds since giving birth in April?<span id="more-687"></span></p>
<p><strong>Jodie Sweetin Diet</strong><br />
Jodie reveals she did NutriSystem which made her more conscious about portion control. She says</p>
<p>&#8220;Now I crave veggies and salads, where I really didn&#8217;t before. I find myself making much healthier choices and eating smaller portions, like you are supposed to.&#8221;</p>
<p>As part of her slim down, she avoids fast food but does sneak in the occasional Meximelt from Taco Bell &#8220;only once every few weeks.&#8221; She also indulges in a hot fudge Sundae but split it with friends. For her it&#8217;s &#8220;three bites and be done.&#8221;</p>
<p>Jodie is currently 129 pounds and would like to lose another 5 pounds. She says after her baby that her body responds differently and is more inclined to gain weight with food.</p>
<p><strong>Jodie Sweetin Workout</strong><br />
Jodi had a C section which kept her from training for six weeks since &#8220;I couldn&#8217;t cough sneeze or laugh without feeling like my insides were going to come out.&#8221; She has been working out since with trainer, Joshua Love. For her abs, she enjoys planks&#8230; she hate lunges but admits &#8220;they work.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Her Top Five Diet Tips are:</strong></p>
<p>1. Portion Control<br />
2. Cut down on Junk Food<br />
3. Cut back on dessert<br />
4. Work out with a partner. In addition to working out with her trainer she also has buddy up&#8217;ed with her husband and slimmed down together. He&#8217;s lost an impressive 37 pounds!<br />
5. Conscious Eating. Jodie is now more aware of what she eats and is making healthier choices like salads and veggies.</p>
<p>Jodie is getting right back to work and will be starring in her first movie <em>Port City.</em></p>

The key here is to limit processed foods such as junk food and bulk up on unprocessed foods such as veggies. NutriSystem, as regular readers of this blog already know, is highly processed. This will make dieting very difficult because you need to have strict portion control. The NutriSystem mention is probably just an endorsement deal plug.. so she&#8217;s obligated to mention it. But the underlying theme of her slim down is to cut back on junk food, desserts and bulk up on veggies. There you have it. The key to slimming down and getting rid of the post baby weight!</p>

<p><strong>Melissa Joan Hart Post Baby Diet</strong><br />
Her diet rules are: no refined sugars, no white starches, and protein with every meal. As far as sticking to her plan she admits that</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I&#8217;m really disciplined in the morning. Lunch gets a little harder for me, then dinner&#8217;s when I get a little out of hand.&#8221; After a long day she says I&#8217;m tired and I&#8217;m just like &#8220;I want food.&#8221;&#8216;</p></blockquote>
<p>She does indulge in ice cream, chips and guacamole. Melissa reveals she is five pounds from her pre-pregnancy weight and her goal is to drop another 10 over the course of the year.</p>
<p><strong>Her Fitness plan</strong><br />
She works out 3 days a week with a trainer (she started this four weeks post birth, after getting the OK from her OB/GYN physician). Her workouts include 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of floor exercises.</p>
<p>She says her secret to juggling 2 kids and a successful marriage to hubby, Mark, is that &#8220;after 8 pm is mommy and daddy time. We enjoy each other. There&#8217;s nothing we can get from someone else that we can&#8217;t get from each other. As long as we keep our communication open, we can easily work out any problem.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Celeb Diet Doc&#8230;.</strong><br />
Melissa&#8217;s done a great job getting back in shape. When she talks about &#8220;I just want food&#8221; she may be missing out on snacks which would help curb her cravings during the course of the day. Basically she needs to eat more of the right foods during the day so she doesn&#8217;t &#8220;fall off the wagon&#8221; with late night binge eating. The ice cream and chips are potential diet busters if she does not practice strict portion control.</p>
