Kendra Wilkinson: Post-Baby Exercise Plan
Former Playboy bunny Kendra Wilkinson revealed her stellar post-baby workout plan in an exclusive interview with OK magazine. The new mom had to originally take it easy after her December birth as she had a cesarean and was told to give her body time to heal. But now she’s able to do some floor exercises and stretching and the naturally athletic reality star is ready to burn off the almost 50 pounds she gained while pregnant. When asked how often she’ll work out during the week she responded,
“When I get back to L.A. I’m all about hiking, biking, and just going outside and having fun. I’m more of a two-days-per-week gym person. I can’t do more than that. I get really bored.”
She has already lost 20 of the pounds she gained while pregnant and with plenty of walking, hiking and floor exercises she can already see that her booty is getting ‘juicier.’ Her trainer, Jesse Brune told Ok magazine what the two of them do while working out together. [Read more →]

Kerri Walsh: Post Baby Weight Loss

The Olympic gold medalist beach volleyball player Kerri Walsh, and her husband AVP pro-volleyball player Casey Jennings, welcomed a new addition to their family last month. Their new son Joey is doing just fine but Kerri told People magazine that she’s ready to get back in shape and she’s fed up with feeling soft. Intense workouts and a svelte body are second nature to the Olympian so while pregnant she found the weight gain to be difficult. She said,
“36 lbs. is the official number. I just didn’t want to hit 40 because that would be 200 lbs. but I feel pretty silly now that I see Joey.”

Alison Sweeney Does Wii Workout

Alison Sweeney, the host of Biggest Loser and also actress on Days of Our Lives has been a strong advocate of the EA Sports Active package by Nintendo Wii. She told People Magazine,
“It’s just a good example of how you can really get it done at home,” she says. “You don’t need to have a big fancy gym membership. One of the things we talk about on The Biggest Loser all the time is just how difficult it is financially to lose weight sometimes. And that isn’t an excuse anymore. There are really reasonable options.”

Ali Landry: Post-Baby Weight Loss

The former Doritos girl Ali Landry took two years off of exercise after giving birth in 2007. Instead of working out she depended on a home-delivery meal service in order to eat right and drop the post-baby weight. She said,
“I lost the majority of the [post-baby] weight pretty fast doing that. But I have to say, it was that skinny fat when you don’t work out, and you’re not toned.”

It has been five months now since the 36-year-old Law & Order star, Angie Harmon, gave birth to her third daughter, Emery. Jennifer Lopez on Post-Baby Weight Loss

It’s been a year since Jennifer Lopez gave birth to her twins Max and Emme, and recently we have seen a lot more of her on the red carpet and at various galas looking fantastic. What we don’t know is how she lost her post-baby weight. She admitted to Entertainment Tonight that she gained 40 pounds while pregnant, but how on earth did she get it off?
“It did take a lot of work,” Lopez, 39, admits. “I thought it was gonna drop off easily because I had been in shape my whole life, but it wasn’t. I gained about 50 pounds with my twins, and the first 30 dropped off like that, and I was like, ‘Ha, this is gonna be so easy.’ That last 20 — that took a while.”

Jessica Alba’s Postpartum Weight Loss Part 2

It’s been a few months since Jessica Alba revealed her sexy post-baby body and back in March she still wasn’t really telling us how she lost the weight. All we learned from Elle Magazine was that she wore a tight-fitting girdle. But now we discovered from People Magazine how she lost the weight. Her trainer, Ramona Braganza said that Jessica followed the 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone program which is a mix of strength training, cardio intervals and ab work. Braganza said,
“We focus on burning a certain number of calories. Jess would average 500. And once the weight starts coming off, it’s much more fun!”
