<p><a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/rihanna-weight-loss-and-diet/">Rihanna</a> is known for her amazing vocals, revealing outfits and <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/rihanna-named-2007-venus-breeze’s-“celebrity-legs-of-a-goddess”/">goddess-like legs</a> and curves. It&#8217;s evident she works hard to keep that body and in past interviews she has even confessed to <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/rihannas-diet-midnight-exercise-routines/">working out at midnight</a> to keep her body in shape.  Now, her workout habits have landed her in some legal trouble as she is being sued by her past personal trainer, Cindy Percival.  Percival filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles last week claiming $26,144.14 in unpaid wages during 2009.<span id="more-9178"></span></p>
<p>According to Percival she was hired by Rihanna for &#8220;exclusive personal training services&#8221; at $1,500 per day. What a salary! The two trained together in September and October of 2009 and Percival has yet to see any of that money. In addition, she&#8217;s seeking $2,644.14 in travel expenses for the time she worked with Rihanna while traveling in Europe.</p>
<p>So far, Rihanna&#8217;s representative has not made any comments but before jumping to conclusions let&#8217;s remember that this occurred approximately the same time when Rihanna was living a nightmare with singer Chris Brown. Paying a trainer was probably the last thing on Rihanna&#8217;s mind.</p>

Her personal trainer, Ary Nunez, gave <em>OK!</em> magazine the inside scoop on Rihanna&#8217;s on-the-go diet and strict exercise practice. In regard to working out Ary likes for Rihanna to have a total body workout and at all times keeping her heart rate up at 75 to 85 percent so that she&#8217;s always burning fat.  Ary said,<span id="more-8639"></span></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;She starts with working the core stabilizer muscles, then the lower body and upper body. I aim to target all muscle groups.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>In addition, Rihanna is very dedicated so if they have to wait until midnight to workout, then that&#8217;s what they&#8217;ll do and they actually have a 12am workout.</p>
<p>When it comes to Rihanna&#8217;s eating habits she has to eat light meals and snack a lot since she&#8217;s so busy with touring and making special appearances. For example, she&#8217;ll eat bbq-flavored popchips that are only 100 calories or she also like hard-boiled eggs and fresh papaya. Ary said,</p>

<p>Rihanna is a disciplined woman who&#8217;s serious about her art, her music and her body.</p>

<p>Rihanna says she plays up her long legs with a little wrap, but also does a little preparation before she spends a day in the sun.</p>

<p>She works with her trainer on strength training and runs the treadmill three times a week.  Rihanna has replaced skipping meals with frequent small meals and snacks every 4 hours.  She&#8217;ll have pineapple and lemon water for breakfast, soup for lunch, snack of egg whites, and chicken for dinner.  Her hard work is obviously paying off.  Recently she dropped a size and looks fabulous!</p>
